A measure of the value (0 to 100 points) that a hotel brings to a company through the company's hotel program. It is calculated through a proprietary analytical formula and delivered through a Hotel Sourcing Supplier Score Card.
Think of it as the credit score, but instead of showing the ability to payback a loan, it measures the value that the hotel delivers to a company's hotel program. The higher the hotel's score the higher the possibilities that the hotel will be invited to participate in the company's hotel program with favorable commitments.

The Hotel Sourcing Supplier Score has a positive impact on the room night production level applied to a commitment and the possibilities to be selected as a preferred supplier for the company.
Following is a description of every score level:
The hotel delivers between 81 to 100 percent of the company's expected value, it should be considered a preferred supplier (first option)
The hotel delivers between 61 to 80 percent of the company's expected value, it should be considered a preferred supplier (second option), and there is room for improvement to become an "Excellent" option.
The hotel delivers between 41 to 60 percent of the company's expected value, it should be considered a backup hotel, and there is room for improvement to become a "Good" option.
The hotel delivers between 21 to 40 percent of the company's expected value, it should NOT be considered as a preferred supplier or a back up hotel. There is NO room for improvement to consider this hotel as a "Fair" option.
The hotel delivers between 0 to 20 percent of the company's expected value, it should NOT be considered as a preferred supplier, or a back up hotel. There is NO room for improvement to consider this hotel as a "Poor" option.
