The Hotel Sourcing Rating System (HSRS) is a method of calculating the value (performance-for-price) of a partner in a corporate hotel program, the value a company brings to a hotel and the value a hotel brings to a company.
Hotel Sourcing's central assumption is that the assignment of value to each participant in a hotel program varies depending on what the counterpart is looking for in a partner of choice. Once rated, a Hotel Sourcing Score is automatically assigned to both the company and the hotel every time an assessment is made of the value each side brings to a hotel program.
