Hotel Sourcing Corporate Score

A measure of the value (0 to 100) that a company brings to a hotel through the company's hotel program.  It is calculated through a proprietary analytical formula and delivered through a Hotel Sourcing Corporate Score Card.

Think of it as the credit score, but instead of showing the ability to payback a loan, it measures the value that the company delivers to a hotel through the company's hotel program. The higher the company's score the higher the possibilities that the hotel will opt to participate in the company's hotel program with favorable rates.

The Hotel Sourcing Corporate Score has a positive impact on the discount level applied to hotel negotiated rates and the possibilities to be selected as a customer of choice for the hotel.  

Following is a description of every score level:

Excellent

The Company delivers between 81 to 100 percent of the hotel's expected value; it should be considered a "No Risk" - "High Value" account.

Good

The Company delivers between 61 to 80 percent of the hotel's expected value, it should be considered a "Low Risk" - "Good Value" account, there is room for improvement to be considered an "Excellent" account.

Fair

The Company delivers between 41 to 60 percent of the hotel's expected value, it should be considered a "Some Risk" - "Fair Value" corporate account, there may be room for improvement to be considered a "Good" account.

Poor

The Company delivers between 21 to 40 percent of the hotel's expected value, it should be considered a "High Risk" - "Poor Value" corporate account, and there may be no room for improvement to be considered a "Fair" account.

Fail

The Company delivers between 0 to 20 percent of the hotel's expected value, it should be considered a "High risk" - "No Value" corporate account, and there is NO room for improvement to be considered a "Poor" account.
